Currently, they offer no minimum payout. They don't charge any fees for requesting money. The catch is only one payout per month per member and you must be active one day per month. Just to test, I made about $1.11 cents after my first month and requested payout via PayPal. Sure enough, my PayPal account was credited for $1.11 cents.

Some things that Spare-Dollars.com does differently is they never send emails out to any third party email addresses. Instead, all email are kept directly on site. To check your email, you must log into the site. Their referral structure is small, being only one level at 14% with no downline requirements to be paid.

Spare-Dollars.com sends out on average eight emails a day, about 90% being .25 cent links and the last 10% being .50 cent links. I have yet to see a one or two cent paid email.
