Apple Computer's iPod nano replacement

Since the original iPod was released, consumers have always complained about faulty batteries that become significantly weaker right after the end of the warranty. Even then, Apple Computer Inc. refused to admit error and fix these products until massive internet campaigns via forums and films shorts caused a sizeable chatter among all MP3 player forums bagging on Apple. Only then was Apple willing to offer incentives to those with malfunctioning batteries.

With their second round of MP3 players, Apple now understands exactly what customer satisfaction is all about. In about two weeks since the release of the iPod nano, Apple has already issued a recall of iPod nano’s with cracked screens. It is understood that this issue concerns only about 1/10 of 1% of their entire inventory. It’s good to know that Apple has learned from their previous mistake, and are now taking good care of their loyal overpaying customers.
